DUI Course FAQ – 602 DUI School

Got questions? You're not alone. Below are answers to the most common concerns from our Phoenix and Maricopa County clients—from court acceptance and course length to certificate delivery and support.

Is this course accepted by Maricopa County courts?

Yes. Our certificates have been successfully submitted to courts across Maricopa County, including Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Glendale, and Scottsdale. While we are not licensed or approved by the state, our courses are commonly accepted by courts for DUI education and Victim Impact Panel requirements.

How quickly can I start the course?

Immediately. As soon as you complete registration, your course dashboard will be unlocked and available 24/7. You can start and stop anytime—your progress is saved automatically.

Do I have to finish the course in one sitting?

No. Our DUI classes are self-paced. You can log in and out as often as you like. Some students complete the course in one day, others take a few days. You’re in full control of your schedule.

Will I get a certificate of completion?

Yes. Once you finish the final exam, your certificate is instantly available to download. You can print it or email it to your court or attorney. All certificates include your name, course title, completion date, and a unique verification ID.

What if I fail the final exam?

No problem. You can retake the final as many times as needed at no extra charge. Most students pass on their first or second try. We also provide review material along the way to help you succeed.

How much does the DUI class cost?

Our most popular option—the 8-hour DUI course—is just $78. The 12-hour class is $98, and the Victim Impact Panel is $48. We also offer combo packages that include both DUI education and VIP. There are no hidden fees, subscriptions, or upsells.

What if my court deadline is today?

You can still complete your course. Most of our clients finish the 8-hour class in one day. As soon as you pass the final quiz, your certificate is ready for download—no waiting, no processing delay. You can submit it same-day.

Can I take the class on my phone?

Yes. All our DUI courses are 100% mobile-friendly and responsive. You can take the entire class on your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop—whatever works best for you.

I’m from out of state—can I still take this course?

Absolutely. Many people charged with a DUI while visiting Arizona take our course from out of state. As long as your court accepts online DUI education, our program is a valid and convenient option. If you're unsure, contact us—we’ll help you confirm.

Do you offer Spanish language support?

Yes. Our entire website and all DUI course content is professionally translated into Spanish using our integrated translation system. Just toggle your preferred language and you’ll see everything updated instantly.

What if my court questions the course?

If your court clerk or judge has questions, simply provide them with a copy of your certificate and a link to our site. We also offer a verification code on every certificate. If needed, we can speak directly with your court or attorney to confirm the course details and credentials.

Does this course replace in-person programs?

Yes, in most cases. Maricopa County courts often accept our self-paced online DUI class in place of in-person programs. However, some courts may have restrictions. If you're unsure, contact your attorney or reach out to us—we’ve helped clients confirm eligibility in nearly every courtroom in Arizona.

What’s included in the Combo DUI + VIP course?

Our combo course includes both the 8-hour DUI education class and the Victim Impact Panel in one registration. It’s designed to meet the needs of clients who are required to complete both components. You’ll receive one certificate that covers both parts of your court order.

Can my attorney submit the certificate on my behalf?

Yes. Once you complete your course, you’ll receive a digital certificate in PDF format. You can email it directly to your attorney, who can then submit it to the court on your behalf. Many attorneys prefer this method and we’re happy to assist if they need confirmation.

How do courts verify the certificate is real?

Every certificate includes a unique ID code, course details, and time/date stamp. Courts can contact us directly or verify by emailing our support team. We’ve designed our certificates for easy recognition and submission by Arizona courts and attorneys.

Will my certificate say which court it’s for?

Yes. During registration, you’ll have the option to enter your court name and case number. That information will be displayed on your certificate to make court filing easier and more official-looking. You may also leave those fields blank if your court doesn’t require it.

What is your refund policy?

We offer full refunds within 24 hours of enrollment if you haven’t started the course. Once the course has been accessed, refunds are not available unless the court explicitly denies acceptance and documentation is provided. Full details can be found on our Refund Policy page.

How do I log back in after enrolling?

After you enroll, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a login link. You can log in anytime at the top of our website or directly at 602duischool.com/login. Your progress is saved automatically.

What if I have technical problems during the course?

Our support team is available 24/7 via phone, live chat, and email. Whether it’s a login issue, quiz error, or browser compatibility, we’ll help you get it resolved fast. We’ve also optimized our platform for all major devices and internet speeds.

Can I still take the course if I missed my deadline?

Yes. Many courts allow a brief grace period if you complete the course quickly. Enroll now and finish as soon as possible, then contact your court or attorney to let them know you’re resolving the requirement. We also provide same-day certificates if you’re in a rush.
